Community means everything in Alaska, and the Anchorage music scene is no exception. For one artist, her upward journey has inspired her to give back in a pretty special way: through a series of events called Girl Crush Friday.

Singer-songwriter Quinn Christopherson was unable to perform for most of 2023 because of a lump in his throat. “It was big,” he said. “Like, I could feel it.”

It has been just over two years since the release of their debut EP, titled "Bronze", and Pipeline Vocal Project is at it again, with their follow-up EP “Silver” released earlier this month. I had a chance to catch up with them a bit on what they’ve been up to recently and get the low-down on this new release.
